If you can't use our online order forms, please try our FTP order form which uses a different means of uploading your files. If you can't use either of the previous two methods, then please attach your files to a detailed email message. Please include your full name, your company name, and telephone numbers.

FTP Order form Instructions:

1.) Click on the link in the right sidebar (FTP Order Form), fill out the form (correct file name is important), then click Submit.

2.) You will be taken to a results page that will contain your job number (for tracking purposes), and a link to go to our Public FTP site via your browser.

3.) Drag and drop your file(s) (folders are not permitted) into your browser window, and they will be uploaded to our site. If you’re using Internet Explorer 7, you will need to select the “Open FTP Site in Windows Explorer” menu item, which is located under the “Page” button on the “Command” toolbar (you may also have to clear the 'Use Passive FTP' checkbox in the 'Advanced' tab of 'Internet Options' under 'Tools'). You will then be asked to input a username, and password. The “username is TriangleFTP”, and the password is “LSP18DZU” (without the quotes).

4.) The order form you filled out will notify us that you sent a file.

5.) If you’re still having difficulty, attach your files to an email and send to cad@trianglerepro.com with instructions and a phone number.

OS X users – Please use an FTP Client to send your files (such as Fetch, CaptainFTP, SimpleFTP, etc). See below for instructions.

FTP Client users - The host is “ftp.TriangleRepro.com” and the path is /pub (also known as ‘Initial Folder’, ‘Startup Directory’, and ‘Change to Directory’). The username is “TriangleFTP”, and the password is “LSP18DZU” (without the quotes).
